Il r\u00e9unit l\u2019ensemble des acteurs et actrices volontaires pour mettre en \u0153uvre le droit d\u2019obtenir un emploi. Il est compos\u00e9 :<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">&#8211; des repr\u00e9sentants des habitants via le Conseil Citoyen BPS et d&#8217;habitants du quartier en recherche d&#8217;emploi,<br \/>&#8211; de repr\u00e9sentants d&#8217;entreprises ( via le Club Nant\u2019Est Entreprises et GIE Paridis) et d&#8217;entreprises d&#8217;insertion (Atelier des 2 Rives, Arbres, Partage 44, T\u00eate Haute, ADC Propret\u00e9, INSERIM),<br \/>&#8211; d&#8217;associations pr\u00e9sentes sur le quartier (ALIS 44, Un Parrain un Emploi, Collectif Emploi Nantes, Les Compagnons B\u00e2tisseurs 44, Le 60 B, UFCV \u2013 L\u2019Util Atelier, Le Colibri, Ecossolies \/ La Fabrique \u00e0 Initiatives, Clown en Nez Veille, Les Restos du Coeur),<br \/>&#8211; des repr\u00e9sentants des bailleurs (Nantes M\u00e9tropole Habitat, Vilogia, La Nantaise d\u2019Habitation, Aiguillon Construction),<br \/>&#8211; des repr\u00e9sentants des centres socioculturels de La Piloti\u00e8re, La Botti\u00e8re, Le Perray,<br \/>&#8211; des Services municipaux et nationaux de l\u2019Emploi\u00a0 (Pole Emploi, ATDEC, CAP EMPLOI, Unit\u00e9 Emploi),<br \/>&#8211; enfin des repr\u00e9sentants de la Pr\u00e9fecture, de la DDETS, du D\u00e9partement.<\/p><p><strong>Il est pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par le Premier adjoint de la Ville de Nantes Bassem Asseh.<\/strong><\/p><h6 style=\"text-align: center;\">.<br \/><strong>Ce comit\u00e9 s&#8217;est r\u00e9uni pour la premi\u00e8re fois le 14 novembre 2022 \u00e0 la salle Radar.<\/strong><\/h6><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Ses missions sont :<br \/>&#8211; Informer la population largement, et plus sp\u00e9cifiquement les personnes priv\u00e9es durablement d\u2019emploi, de l\u2019existence du droit d\u2019obtenir un emploi sur le territoire,<br \/>&#8211; Maintenir le consensus local autour du projet, ses principes, ses objectifs,<br \/>&#8211; D\u00e9finir et mettre en \u0153uvre collectivement les moyens pour atteindre l\u2019exhaustivit\u00e9 : recensement et rencontre des personnes priv\u00e9es durablement d\u2019emploi, identification de travaux utiles et pr\u00e9figuration des unit\u00e9s d\u2019entreprises \u00e0 but d\u2019emploi (EBE) permettant de produire les emplois en quantit\u00e9 suffisante,<br \/>&#8211; s\u2019assurer du respect de la supple\u0301mentarite\u0301 des emplois cr\u00e9\u00e9s par les EBE,<br \/>&#8211; Coordonner les diff\u00e9rents acteurs et actrices\u00a0pour assurer la coh\u00e9rence de la d\u00e9marche et arbitrer les \u00e9ventuels litiges,<br \/>-Contribuer au suivi et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation en fournissant toutes les informations n\u00e9cessaires au Fonds d\u2019Exp\u00e9rimentation Territoriale contre le Ch\u00f4mage de Longue Dur\u00e9e (ETCLD).<br \/><strong>L&#8217;association La Belle Cord\u00e9e Nantaise, la ville de Nantes et Nantes m\u00e9tropole\u00a0 sont mandat\u00e9s pour coordonner et mettre en \u0153uvre ces
